3、服務要求：得到故障信心后，立即給予答復并確定服務人員到位時間。駐點城市市區(qū)4小時到位，郊區(qū)6小時到位，300公里以內(nèi)非市區(qū)12小時到位，其它地區(qū)24小時到位。

4、服務實效：服務人員到場8小時內(nèi)解決無需換件及常用易損件質(zhì)量問題，2天內(nèi)解決一般外購件及自制件問題，3天內(nèi)解決重大質(zhì)量問題。3天內(nèi)無法解決的問題，4小時內(nèi)給予明確答復并保證盡快解決。

1. Service Philosophy

2. Machine Delivery Service
We provide on-site technical guidance for the customer for one project section or 120 meters, whichever comes first.

3. Service Response Requirements
Upon receiving fault information, we will reply immediately and confirm the arrival time of service personnel:

? Within 4 hours in urban areas of stationed cities;

? Within 6 hours in suburban areas;

? Within 12 hours in non-urban areas within 300 km;

? Within 24 hours in other regions.

4. Service Efficiency

? Problems without parts replacement or involving common wearing parts will be resolved within 8 hours after service personnel arrive.

? General purchased and self-manufactured parts issues will be resolved within 2 days.

? Major quality problems will be resolved within 3 days.
For problems that cannot be solved within 3 days, a clear response will be given within 4 hours, and we guarantee a speedy solution.
