設(shè)備潤滑保養(yǎng)管理液壓設(shè)備維護(hù)是操作工人為保持設(shè)備正常技術(shù)狀態(tài)、延長使用壽命必須進(jìn)行的日常工作。

一、設(shè)備的日常維護(hù)（相當(dāng)于三級保養(yǎng)制的日常保養(yǎng)）

1.1 要求操作工人在每班生產(chǎn)中必須做到，班前對液壓設(shè)備的潤滑系統(tǒng)、傳動機構(gòu)、操縱系統(tǒng)、滑動面等進(jìn)行檢查，再開動液壓設(shè)備；

1.2 班中要嚴(yán)格按操作規(guī)程使用液壓設(shè)備，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時進(jìn)行處理；下班前要認(rèn)真清掃設(shè)備，清除泥土泥漿，擦拭清潔，在滑動面上涂上油層。

1.3 每周末要對設(shè)備講行徹底清掃、擦拭，按照“整齊、清潔、潤滑、安全”四項要求進(jìn)行維護(hù)。

二、設(shè)備的定期維護(hù)（相當(dāng)于三級保養(yǎng)制的一級保養(yǎng)）

液壓設(shè)備的定期維護(hù)是在維修工人輔導(dǎo)下，由液壓設(shè)備操作工人按照定期維護(hù)計劃對液壓設(shè)備進(jìn)行局部或重點部位拆卸和檢查，徹底清洗內(nèi)部和外表，疏通油路，清洗或更換油氈、油線、濾油器，調(diào)整各部配合間隙，緊固各個部位。電器部分的維修工作由維修電工負(fù)責(zé)。液壓設(shè)備定期維護(hù)的主要內(nèi)容是：

三、設(shè)備維護(hù)的要求

3.1 清潔：設(shè)備內(nèi)外清潔；各滑動面及絲杠、齒輪、齒條等無油污、無碰傷；各部位不漏油、不漏水、不漏氣、不漏電；泥漿等垃圾清掃干凈。

3.2 整齊：工具、工件、附件放置整齊；安全防護(hù)裝置齊全；線路管道完整。

3.3 安全：實行定人定機和交接班制度；熟悉液壓設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)和遵守操作規(guī)程，合理使用液壓設(shè)備、精心維護(hù)液壓設(shè)備、防止發(fā)生事故。

Under the guidance of maintenance workers, equipment operators disassemble and inspect local or key components of the hydraulic equipment according to a scheduled maintenance plan.
This includes thorough internal and external cleaning, unclogging oil passages, cleaning or replacing felts, oil wicks and oil filters, adjusting clearances, and tightening all components.
Electrical maintenance shall be carried out by maintenance electricians.

2.1 Remove designated covers, guards, etc., for thorough internal and external cleaning and wiping.
2.2 Check and adjust clearances, tighten loose parts, and replace individual wearing parts.
2.3 Unclog oil passages, replenish oil volume, clean oil filters, felts, oil wicks and oil gauges.
2.4 Clean guide rails and sliding surfaces, remove burrs and scratches.
2.5 Clean, inspect and adjust electrical circuits and devices (by maintenance electricians).

III. Equipment Maintenance Requirements

3.1 Cleanliness:
The equipment is clean inside and out; sliding surfaces, lead screws, gears, racks are free of oil contamination and damage;
