泥水平衡頂管機適用范圍：

  適用于靠近江、河、海、湖這些有水源的地方，地下水位高和地下水壓波動比較大的條件下施工，適用于覆土深度大于1.5倍管外徑的條件下施工，人員無法進(jìn)入的小口徑頂管，長距離頂管施工，適用于礫徑小于20mm，礫石含量不大于30%的礫土，各種粘土，N值小于50的砂土。

  優(yōu)點：施工速度快，施工精度高，挖掘面穩(wěn)定，地面沉降小，施工安全、可靠，施工作業(yè)環(huán)境好，集中控制減少施工作業(yè)人員。

Scope of Application
Suitable for construction near water sources such as rivers, lakes, seas and oceans, under conditions of high groundwater level and large fluctuations in groundwater pressure.
It applies where the overburden depth is greater than 1.5 times the outer diameter of the pipe.
Ideal for small?diameter pipe jacking (inaccessible to personnel) and long?distance pipe jacking.
Suitable for gravelly soil with gravel particle size less than 20 mm and gravel content not exceeding 30%, various clays, and sandy soils with N value less than 50.

土壓平衡頂管機適用范圍：

   適用于砂土、砂礫土或軟土，適用于N值較大硬土，可在管外徑0.8倍以上的淺覆土層中施工；

   優(yōu)點：廣泛的適應(yīng)性，具有土體改善功能，即使在砂礫土中也能通過注入粘土等手段使原來砂礫土變成塑性流動性、止水性均較好的土，從而使本機正常工作達(dá)到土石平衡，施工后地面沉降小，對周圍土體擾動小，施工時無噪音，無環(huán)境污染，通過可編邏輯程序控制器及各類傳感器等隨時監(jiān)測施工狀況，確定施工過程處于受控狀態(tài)，從而有效控制矩形隧道頂進(jìn)軸線、轉(zhuǎn)角偏差及地面沉降；  

Scope of Application

Suitable for sandy soil, sandy gravel soil or soft soil, as well as hard soil with a relatively high N value.
It can be constructed in shallow overburden layers with a depth greater than 0.8 times the outer diameter of the pipe.
